Before the COVID-19, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier were likely to be the MC studios’ first big original series on DisneyPlus. Officially confirmed in October 2019, the production of this show began in October 2019. However, due to the lockdown and ongoing delays, the production was halted, and it resulted in the premier delay.
In September 2020, the production resumed, and filming ended in October 2020 in the Czech Republic. So, nearly a year later than expected, the production process completed. Disney Plus gave fans something to cheer about with this news. Falcon and Winter Solider Background
Based on the MCU comic character Falcon and Winter Soldier, the event of the series takes place after the film Avengers: Endgame. Starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, the exclusive first look is showing off new footage from the Captain America trilogy.
While talking about their role, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/falcon is an Avenger and a former Pararescueman who has gotten military training in aerial combat. At the end of Avengers: Endgame. Steve Roger gave him the Mantle of Captain America. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will further explore Mackie’s action.
Although Anthony Mackie/the Falcon operates under the original Captain America bird-based persona, during the resolution of Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame the falcon received the honorary title from him.
