Star Wars: The Bad Batch
Star Wars: The Bad Batch trailer has shown some unreal action of the new animated show. Dave Filoni is the executive director of the show, and the series is following Clone Force 99. The Bad Batch is mainly a genetically engineered team of improved clone soldiers or troopers. The Bad Batch appeared for the first time in Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7. The series will premiere on Disney+ on the 4th of May.
With the rise of the Galactic Empire and the end of Clone Wars, The Bad Batch will see Tech, Echo, Wrecker, Hunter, and Crosshair. All of them will start some risky missions as a royal group of troopers. The show might give some insights into the earliest days of the Empire. The period between “A New Hope” and “Revenge of the Sith” is an unexplored Star Wars Era. That’s why fans’ expectations from The Bad Batch are quite high.
What does the Trailer of the Show Reveal?
The trailer seems to be an encouraging one following the upcoming events in the show. Clone Force 99 performs exercises on an aquatic planet named Kamino. After that, they abandon their post and start running away from the Imperial Forces. Fans will witness some exciting cameos for which they waited for so long.
The trailer shows Moff Tarkin as the main antagonist who pursues The Bad Batch constantly as an asset of the military. Captain Rex has also appeared for some time in the show. Few other Star Wars characters may also appear in the show, but nothing has been revealed yet.
The way fans expressed their concerns for The Clone Wars Season 7 has made the directors think about character development. Hopefully, Filoni and Co. will convince the fans this time. The Bad Batch will premiere on Disney+ on the 4th of May.
